General Conditions
Short Terms:
Price per Day: 15% of weekly price
Weekend: 50% of weekly price
Regatta: + 20 % of the applied price
Price includes
• VAT and Insurance.
• Authorization to navigate in Croatia.
• Boat slip in Porto San Rocco
• Covered and supervised parking place.
Embarcation
Weekly: • Check-in saturday 04:30 PM
• Check-out saturday before 09.30 AM
Week-end: Check-in Friday 12.00 PM
• Check-out Sunday alle 06.30 PM
Prices do not include fuel
Extra:
Final Cleaning: see price list.
Linens: € 10,00 person/week
Skipper 150,00 € day + board
Discount (max 15%):
Early Booking: 5% within January 31st, 2008.
5% for two consecutive weeks.
5% Sailing Freedom usual client
10% for three consecutive weeks.
Dotations and plant (price included):
bimini, sprayhood, external shower, dinghy, lazibag, roll genoa, pilot, radio cd, gps/plotter, radar, kitchen equipment.
Gennaker or spinnaker upon request.
Payments:
No refundable advance payment of 50% of the total price within one week from the order .
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before embarcation; for reservations made within 30 days before the embarcation date, the entire amount must be paid at the time of reservation.
Security Deposit must be made at the time of check-in.
